The Sales Development Representative plays a critical role in the company's sales process by interacting with potential customers, Account Executives and pre-sales technical support to identify demand and coordinate stakeholders for qualified meetings.
A successful SDR will be able to apply company's Sales Methodology to quickly gain interest from customers on our core offerings with Microsoft and Enterprise Licensing Management and see them through the first-time quote process and ultimately when the customer reaches the New Buying Account threshold. This role is built around team selling requiring ongoing feedback and knowledge sharing within your territory to hone your skills and maximize your impact on increasing NBAs.
