Position Overview
The Contingent Workforce Program Manager is responsible for managing the contingent workforce program in the US, Canada, and LATAM, with a focus on leveraging data to drive insights and improve program performance. This role requires a deep understanding of contingent workforce management, including compliance with employment laws, co-employment risks, and overseeing Managed Service Provider (MSP) agreements. This role is vital in managing third-party risks, overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring that supplier performance meets our requirements.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive oversight of all transactions involving contingent workers, ensuring compliance with Autodesk standards and local, state, and federal regulations
Ensure that third-party risks are effectively managed, including data security, supplier obligations, safety, legal, and regulatory risks
Utilize data analytics to generate actionable insights, drive continuous improvement, and enhance reporting capabilities
Develop and deliver regular reports on program performance, vendor compliance, and other key metrics to senior leadership
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring that expected service levels are met and that any issues are promptly addressed
Manage and oversee MSP agreements, including third-party agreements, ensuring they meet organizational needs and compliance standards
Ensure that the program meets all legal, regulatory, and financial obligations
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including PPL, Legal, Sourcing and business teams, to align program objectives with company-wide goals
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years relevant project management work experience
Strong attention to detail and project management skills
Experience working effectively with global / virtual teams
