Job Summary:


As a Workout Central Support Officer in the Commercial Real Estate Banking Workout Team, in coordination with the Workout Officers, you will assist in the management of administrative and operational activities that are critical to the management of the portfolio. You will ensure the compliance with all Workout related standards and procedures and facilitate communication between all parties involved.

Responsibilities:

  • The Workout Central Support Officer assists the Commercial Real Estate Banking Workout Team in executing in the daily management of administrative and operational tasks.
  • This job supports other banking professionals to ensure that critical tasks are completed on time and may also be tasked with implementing new ways to streamline processes or improve efficiency within the Workout Team.
  • In coordination with the Workout Officers, this job performs administrative banking tasks including ordering property appraisals, environmental reviews, legal reviews, and site inspections.
  • Upload required data into the Workout accounting system as directed by the Workout Officers.
  • Assemble credit files as loans are transferred to the Workout Team.
  • Assist Workout Officers to address customer concerns and interface with internal product Teams.
  • Working with the Workout Officers in tracking and implementation of customer rate resets.
  • Upon receipt of loan documents, financial statements or other loan related information that needs to be stored and maintained, upload these materials into the proper location in the appropriate customer files.
  • Ensures work is properly safeguarded and controlled in accordance with banking standards and procedures.
  • Support the Workout Team in ensuring timely completion of critical tasks and resolving escalated issues.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 5 years; Commercial Real Estate Banking Operations, Underwriting, Credit Administration, or Credit Risk Management experience.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, statistics, finance, economics, or equivalent field
  • Ability to analyze risk and design efficient control practices to effectively manage risk.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize activities, manage conflicts of interest, delegate, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of credit policies and procedures, regulations, and applicable law(s).
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management, work independently and in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$75,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$127,500.00 USD
