Job description

Help healthcare providers move fast and stay on track.

We’re hiring a full-time, remote Healthcare Administrative Assistant based in Philippines to coordinate high-stakes travel, calendars, and operations for U.S.-based medical staff. This is part executive assistant, part dispatcher, part fixer.

The Basics
  • Full-time, remote (PH-based)

  • $1,000–$1,500 USD/month

  • Stable internet + quiet, professional home setup required

What You’ll Do
  • Manage calendars for nurse practitioners (NPs) and medical assistants (MAs) — plan ahead, adjust on the fly

  • Arrange all travel — book flights, hotels, rental cars

  • Handle last-minute issues — delays, cancellations, sudden changes

  • Act as the link between providers and the U.S.-based scheduling team

  • Submit expenses and keep travel costs in check

  • Stay on top of licensing, credentialing, and compliance across multiple U.S. states

  • Keep teams stocked — gear, devices, medical supplies

  • Use tools to streamline scheduling, reporting, and coordination

  • Be available when providers are on the move — including evenings and weekends when needed

You’re Right for This If You
  • Have experience with scheduling and travel coordination

  • Are organized, calm under pressure, and quick to fix problems

  • Communicate clearly and stay on top of details

  • Pick up new tools fast — spreadsheets, booking software, scheduling platforms

  • Are ready to learn how healthcare providers work and move

Like making things run smoothly?

If you’re calm under pressure and love keeping moving parts in sync — apply now.
