ROLE SUMMARY
The US Customer Engagement Primary Care Product Training Development & Delivery Specialist - Vaccines, Contract Sales Organization role is responsible for Customer Engagement Training for Primary Care BU’s one or more brands or therapeutic areas (TA). The role is responsible for providing product training to new and existing CFCs leading to product certification and ensuring that CFCs have the skills and knowledge required to successfully represent Pfizer in the marketplace. As the representative of the Customer Engagement Training Team to the brand/TA leadership, the US Customer Engagement Primary Care Product Training Development & Delivery Specialist - Vaccines, Contract Sales Organization role participates as a strategic partner, focused on defining, developing and delivering training services to meet the needs of the business in support of POAs, critical market needs, and other product business-related initiatives. Serving as the subject matter expert, the role is expected to maintain up-to-date expertise on the therapy, market, and sales approaches associated with the assigned product/TA.
