As part of the new and dynamic Global Growth team, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in elevating Delivery Associates’ brand and influence in the social sector. Job Description
We are currently seeking a creative, data-driven digital marketer to join our growing Global Growth Team. The Global Growth Team at DA drives thought leadership, generates insights, and accelerates business growth.
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility, leading social and digital content strategies, and managing the technical and operational infrastructure for our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Presence
Own and manage DA’s LinkedIn presence, including strategy, content development, engagement, and analytics-based optimization.
Lead social media content planning and execution to increase brand visibility.
Website & Digital Marketing Operations
Oversee website management, including content updates and backend support coordination.
Liaise with digital agencies and freelancers for technical needs.
Manage invoicing, budget tracking, and marketing operations.
Content & Thought Leadership
Develop and launch DA’s first external newsletter.
Collaborate across teams to create and promote high-impact content reflecting DA’s mission and expertise.
Team Coordination & Operations
Lead team meetings and ensure alignment on marketing priorities.
Track performance and generate analytics reports for continuous improvement.

Required Skills/Experience
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Media, Communications, Political Science, Economics, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Professional experience: 4–7 years of related experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution.
Technical proficiency: Experience with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Communication skills: Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Project management: Demonstrated ability to manage marketing operations and execute campaigns.
Authorization + location requirements: Applicants must have the right to work in either Brazil or Ireland.
