As an Senior Value Engineer You Will:
Lead meaningful work to listen and learn from our credit union customers, to maximize the value they achieve from their partnership with MANTL.
You’ll bring a deep credit union perspective to digital product strategy, drawing on your experience to share valuable insights with our customers. Your empathy and understanding will help champion the voice of the customer throughout every aspect of MANTL’s work. In addition, you'll own the account strategy, drive renewals, and uncover upsell opportunities across a portfolio of named accounts.
Success in this role includes building meaningful relationships with customers' executives, easily understanding our customers’ business objectives, consulting on best practice onboarding, implementation, adoption, and change management, forecasting renewals, identifying risk, and mitigating churn.
