Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding virtual job and freelance platforms through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to platform usage, account management, job postings, and payment processes.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Educate clients about platform features, best practices for hiring or finding jobs, and relevant policies.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within technology or freelance industries, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools.
