Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products, orders, and services.
  • Assist customers with their online shopping experience, including product recommendations and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the purchasing process.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback respectfully and efficiently, aiming to ensure a positive resolution.
  • Keep up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to assist clients effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to improving service quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, especially within the retail or e-commerce sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and online retail platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Enthusiasm for online shopping and understanding of customer needs in the digital marketplace.
