Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding home entertainment systems through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, installation guidance, and usage tips for home entertainment devices.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical inquiries to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and follow up on any issues needing resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address complex concerns and improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on the latest product features, industry trends, and technical specifications.
  • Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products and services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably within the technology or home entertainment sectors.
  • Strong interest in home entertainment systems with the ability to explain technical details clearly to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in customer support software and standard office tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
