Mental Health Therapist Opportunities (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) – California
Take your career further as a Mental Health Therapist in California. We’re looking for qualified professionals, including LPCCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs, to bring their expertise to an established practice offering virtual therapy services.

Position: Full-time, Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000 to $120,000 annually, plus full benefits

Key Duties:

• Facilitate online therapy sessions, providing individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based methods.
• Collaborate with clients to design personalized care plans focused on mental health recovery.
• Respond promptly to clients in crisis, offering immediate support and intervention.
• Ensure accurate documentation of client progress and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Work within a team of professionals to improve patient outcomes and overall care.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and therapy practices to offer the best care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or similar field.
• California licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility.
• Previous experience providing counseling and therapy services.
• Strong rapport-building skills with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
