We are Monterail!
We are looking for a skilled Content Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a background in working with engaging, easy-to-understand texts focused on technical areas of software development. This role involves working closely with our development, product, and marketing teams to produce and edit high-quality content like case studies, blog posts on software development, and social media posts promoting our blog and company.

Requirements

Main scope of the work:
  • Content Creation & Editing: Develop and proofread blog posts and other content (including landing pages, case studies, etc.) that effectively communicate complex software features and benefits to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • SEO knowledge: Understanding current SEO trends, principles, and their application in content writing and optimization. 
  • Content Management: Coordinate and update the content plan and cooperate with other content creators.
  • Publication: Publish content in CMS (Storyblok)
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure content aligns with Monterail’s products and offer. 
  • Social Media Coordination: Manage LinkedIn and Facebook profiles, ensuring they remain up to date with the latest events, news, and publications.

All you need is:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in content writing and optimization, preferably in the field of software development.
  • Writing Skills: Good writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • English Skills: On at least C1 Level to effectively write & collaborate with technical teams, subject matter experts.
  • Technological Knowledge: Understanding of software development principles and technologies.
  • Tools & Software: Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Leveraging AI in Content Creation: Experience using AI tools to streamline content generation, improve content quality, and enhance SEO is an advantage.
  • Design Skills: Basic design editing skills to create visual aids, such as illustrations to social media posts of various formats.

Benefits

Salary:
B2B: 7 000 - 9 500 PLN netto + VAT

UoP: 5 810 - 7 885 PLN gross
