Min of 2.5 years of Proven Experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

Strong copywriting and visual content skills

Experience with photo/video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar

Familiarity with home services, roofing, or construction-related content is a plus

Core responsibilities:

Execute and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement

Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (images, videos, reels, and stories) tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner

Plan and manage a consistent posting schedule using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite

Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with campaigns and promotions
