Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Funds Management (FM) Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA Conversion projects, specifically for the Public Sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ECC to S/4HANA conversions and a solid understanding of core financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP Funds Management (FM) activities in ECC to S/4HANA Conversion projects.
• Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Configure and customize Funds Management (FM) functionalities, including BCS and Expense Control.
• Ensure proper integration with the Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and other core S/4HANA tables.
• Provide advisory support for process improvements and best practices in FM.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, technical teams, and client stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Funds Management (FM) for Public Sector.
• Involved in at least two full-cycle ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects.
• Strong understanding of BCS, Expense Control, and Universal Journal.
• Excellent knowledge of financial processes and S/4HANA architecture.
• Strong client-facing and collaborative skills.
• Excellent communication abilities – both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and suggest business process enhancements.

Good-to-Have:

• Exposure to Grants Management is an advantage.

Work Timings:

• Willingness to work in US Shifts (India Time: 3 PM to 12 AM).
