JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Sr. Audit Invoicing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Audit team in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of medical records released to requestors. You will report to the Audit Invoicing Manager and will help create bulk medical record request invoices, follow through with audit requestors, and assist other duties assigned by the Audit Invoicing Manager.  This position is a senior member of the team who is expected to back up the Audit Invoicing Manager, learn and complete similar tasks handled by the Audit Invoicing Manager, and develop processes for the team.  

 

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Create bulk invoices for audit third party requestors
  • Follow up internal feedback mechanisms to ensure that any issues are resolved
  • Create inventory reports for audit requestors weekly
  • Reconcile and apply large payments with high degree of accuracy in MedRelease
  • Analyze, pivot, and build reports from large Excel files

 

Assist the Audit Invoicing Manager with their duties, such as:

  • Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Work with other internal teams to resolve issues found
  • Respond to invoicing inquiries from audit requesters
  • Upholding HealthMark Group's values by following our C.R.A.F.T.
  • Working quickly to meet the high-volume demand

 

Required qualifications:

  • Ability to work quickly and diligently, independently, and as part of a team
  • Ability to answer department questions from other teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within company departments
  • Ability to make intelligent decisions according to department guidelines
  • High level of attention to detail and strong skills in Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
