Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 3 -5 Paid Social Experts
  • Experience managing execution and strategy for clients with over $100K/mo ad spend budgets
  • Develop and Supporting end-to-end paid social strategy to align with brand and original content goals and initiatives (Ecommerce Driven Strategies)
  • Own channel measurement; tracking, monitoring, brand lift studies, and optimizing performance against critical metrics
  • Coordinate with PPC, analytics, SEO, social, and web development teams
  • Develop creative testing roadmaps and participate in creative briefing and performance readouts
  • Help develop team members, mentor and educate on the latest social advancements
  • Clearly communicate campaign changes and performance to the acquisition team and other strategic partners


 Required Qualifications

  • 6-8 years digital marketing experience (6+ years Meta Ads focused)
  • Facebook Blueprint Certified
  • Understanding of FB Pixel and conversion tracking
  • Demonstrated strong communication, organization, and task execution skills
  • Intermediate Google Analytics skills
  • Intermediate Excel and reporting automation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a closely related field
