As a Salesforce Lead, you will be part of team supporting an expanding our global group of sales, service & marketing cloud users.  You’ll have opportunity to work directly with our users in an agile method to understand their requirements and influence common solutions across our user groups.  You’ll have an opportunity to grow your skills & experience as we continue to expand the salesforce solutions already deployed and yet to come.

  • You will collaborate with your colleagues and customers to achieve our strategic vision of “One Collins” CRM while enabling you to grow professionally. 

  • You will develop leadership skills through critical decision-making roles on Salesforce implementations and support.

  • You will be joining a growing team with various experience with the Salesforce platform. 

  • You will be part of a team deploying and supporting a Salesforce solution expanding across the entire company, helping our sales and service teams collaborate. 

  • You will help expand our Salesforce solution landscape, including new clouds (Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications YOU Must Have:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certified (must be verified).

  • Experience configuring Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud.

  • Demonstrated experience with complex flow development and validation rules.

  • Demonstrated experience with using SOQL and SQL against the Salesforce database

  • In depth experience with the security model options to share data with various user bases including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles and groups

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently analyze issues, perform root cause analysis and implement solutions

Qualifications We Value:

  • Understanding of the system development life cycle; software project management approaches; and requirements, design, and test techniques.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Platform best practices, conducting code reviews, design guidelines and governor limits.

  • Advanced understanding of the principles of DevOps, cloud, system security, and/or data modeling.

  • Agile development experience

  • Additional Salesforce Certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I etc)

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
