What can you expect in an HR People Experience Lead role with TaskUs:
The HR People Experience Lead will be responsible for overseeing the annual TaskUs Travel Incentive program aimed at recognizing and rewarding the top 1% of our employees. This role involves designing and organizing extraordinary travel experiences, and ensuring these events are memorable and motivational. This position will be involved with other projects as wellThe role will also include participation in additional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee engagement, project management, and event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management
Oversee the end-to-end management of the travel incentive program.
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Winner Identification
Facilitate the fair and transparent selection of program winners.
Work with data analytics teams to track and evaluate employee performance.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity in the selection process.
Experience Design
Create unique and memorable experiences for program winners.
Research and select destinations, accommodations, and activities that align with the company’s standards of excellence.
Partner with travel agencies and vendors to arrange logistics.
Event Planning and Execution
Plan and organize all aspects of the event, including itineraries, transportation, and accommodation.
Ensure all travel experiences are safe, enjoyable, and culturally enriching.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective planning without compromising quality.
Employee Engagement
Collect feedback from participants to continually improve the program.
Work with the Marketing/ Communications team to promote the program internally to enhance employee motivation and engagement.
Project Management
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Ad Hoc
Support spill-over process optimization projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in project operations support and coordination
Proven background in providing administrative and logistical support to project teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and project execution
Strong organizational skills, communication, and project management experience
High sense of accountability, service-oriented, and a professional and positive attitude
Excellent team and interpersonal skills; is able to work with multiple teams and stakeholders
Understand the business needs from the planning stage, execution on or during the request until expectations are met. End to end process.
High level of Emotional Intelligence and can keep up with changes and new directions. Ability to de-escalate high level situations among other departments.
Extreme discretion and confidentiality, tact, independent judgment, flexibility, dependability and accountability.
International coordination experience: calendar arrangements, dealing with multiple time zones, travel arrangements, scheduling (professional and personal) and expenses
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
Experience in lieu of education
Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:
Work from home
Mid shift, but should be open to shifting schedules
This role will require you to travel (15 to 16% travel annually)
