About The Role

As we scale our Core Planning business in 2025, our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team is launching new revenue streams, expanding acquisition channels, and driving toward 3 consecutive years of 2x revenue growth.

Within Our Professional Services Division, Revenue Is Managed By Dedicated Business Line Owners, With Minimal To No Dependency On Core Product Development. To Accelerate And Coordinate These Efforts, We’re Looking For High-impact Program Management To Support Cross-functional Execution Across

Responsibilities

This role is critical to ensuring alignment and operational excellence across a fast-moving, high-growth segment of the business. As the Head of Program Management you will be responsible for:

  • Call Center Operations & Customer Engagement Programs: Own the day-to-day operations of our “Customer Development” Call Center
  • Professional Services Program Management: Support the Professional Services business line manager through best-in-class project execution to map and track cross-functional dependencies as well as manage timelines and coordination across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
  • Premium Support Product Development: Lead the development of premium support solutions
  • New Channel Exploration & Enablement: Identify, develop, and operationalize new support and acquisition channels
  • ADA Accessibility Program Ownership: Implement and manage ADA-compliant tools and systems within Member Support and own ongoing maintenance, reporting, and expansion as partner-based ARR grows

On Any Given Program, You Might Work With

  • RevOps (BD & D2C): Building integrated tooling with a focus on automation and data continuity
  • Data Team: Defining and maintaining dashboards tied to RevOps KPIs; monitor impact on business outcomes
  • Professional Services: Supporting monetization of our attorney network for both direct and B2B2C channels (banks, advisors, etc.)
  • Martech: Ensuring proper event instrumentation and campaign performance tracking

About You

You are a systems thinker that leads with questions, is capable of identifying and mapping interdependencies, and creates cross-functional commitments to support revenue generating objectives, focusing on a quick and effective rollout of RevOps initiatives.

Over time, you will take on building reporting dashboards, service roadmap maintenance and development for growing these RevOps-led initiatives. You will also consult with the VP of Operations and manage programs for business line managers, including Head of Pro Services and RevOps leads.

You will serve as an internal champion for bringing these businesses to life from a Revenue Operations perspective, working closely with cross-functional teams to manage peers and colleagues to success.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in progressively challenging roles in marketing, growth, product management or operations
  • A mix of startup and large company experiences
  • Experience setting up new processes, successfully
  • Experience managing people remotely
  • Experience setting up teams within a larger organization
  • Experience presenting to an executive and BOD audience
  • A full and complete understanding of creating a “business case”
  • An end-to-end understanding of how tech product companies ship products, from Lean MVP to post-release QA

    • Our salary range for this position is $125,000 - $165,000, in addition to compensation we also include an employee equity package as a component of our offer along with other benefits and perks outlined below.
