Total Rewards Senior Consultant is responsible for supporting Concentrix Total Rewards strategy by providing expertise and leadership in designing, evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that align to our business strategy and are designed to attract, reward, and retain highly qualified employees.

  • Lead, analyze, design, and implement the organization's compensation programs including, but not limited to, job evaluations, salary administration, short- and long-term incentive programs, executive compensation, sales compensation, deferred compensation, or compensation technology and tools to drive development and execution of an effective short-term strategy and execution of long-term departmental strategy.
  • Understand market conditions and best practices and apply to compensation philosophy, strategic plans, and organizational changes to ensure compensation policies and programs are aligned; partners with stakeholders to develop and implement creative and proactive solutions to remain compliant and competitive.
  • Develop strategy and recommend approach relative to market survey administration, job evaluation, and ad-hoc analysis; oversee the design of compensation structures.  
  • Manage technology, tools, and systems to support compensation related activities and serve as subject matter expert for HRIS team. 
  • Manage the development of communication materials and lead training related to compensation programs as needed.    
  • Design and administer short-term and long-term incentive plans, policies, and guidelines and oversee the payment calculation process.
  • Serve as Compensation Lead on large-scale projects being conducted across the organization.
  • Partner with all levels of management, payroll, finance, vendors, inside and outside legal counsel, and government agencies. 
  • Proactively seek out and maintain a working knowledge of legislation that may affect compensation policies/practices, reviews trends, and/or advancements in technology to develop recommendations and execute changes and improvements.

  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Experience with Global Compensation knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction on compensation related topics to People Solution teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster customer service disposition and sense of professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret.
