Your Responsibilities

  • Coordination of the mobility program of your clients, amongst which is the coordination of the Dutch income tax return filing
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees, explaining Dutch taxation rules and processes
  • Correspondence with employers and the Dutch tax authorities
  • Ensuring alignment with the Dutch and international Vialto Partners network
  • Coach and support more junior colleagues on the accounts you are working for
  • Act as key figure and know-it-all for the clients you serve

  • completed HBO studies (fiscal law, fiscal economics, business economics, or management economics and law).
  • have basic knowledge of income tax, double taxation agreements, and payroll tax.
  • have affinity with an international work environment and financial and/or HR-related matters
  • are good and have fun with numbers, have strong analytical skills, and are accurate
  • are eager to learn, customer-oriented, and resistant to stress
  • enjoy working in a team but are also comfortable working independently
  • have great communication skills and are fluent in Dutch and good English skills in speaking and writing.
