As a senior business systems consultant on the Direct Customer Acquisition team, you’ll focus on the customer experience and advocate for our customers. In this role, you’ll ensure our systems are robust and responsive to customer needs. You’ll lead medium to high-complexity projects to improve efficiency in the Special Lines quote funnel. You’ll design, test, and implement processes, systems, and customer experiences. You’ll find opportunities to improve the customer experience and define future-state capabilities. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with business and IT partners, legal teams, and other stakeholders to coordinate system updates, investigate and support insights into customer experiences, and drive continuous process and system improvements.

This is a remote position.

Must-have Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, requirements gathering, etc.).
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, requirements gathering, etc.).

Preferred Skills

Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills with experience leading cross-functional medium to large-scale business process/project management initiatives including creating system requirements, project coordination, and analysis
Strong ability to digest detailed information and apply critical thinking skills to business requirements, specifically in the customer experience area
Experience crafting innovative solutions and providing direction for system issues through independent research and adept problem-solving
Experience gathering business and technical requirements, coordinating testing, and ensuring all deliverables stay on time, on target, and on budget

Compensation

$79,200 - $105,600/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
