As a mid-level actuarial analyst on the Loss Reserving team, you’ll make reasonable judgments regarding setting of loss and LAE reserves. You’ll Implements and helps design solutions for correcting or enhancing data analysis. In addition, you’ll be the lead analyst on key projects.

Must-have Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 3 years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of 1 year of analytical work experience.
  • This position requires a minimum of 3 passed actuarial exams recognized by the Casualty Actuarial Society.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of core actuarial methods
  • Ability to query databases using SQL
  • Ability to build and/or modify R scripts
  • Excellent communication skills

Compensation

  • $72,100 - $96,100/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
