Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pricing analysts, supervisors, and associate managers in the Personal Lines organization.
  • Collaborate with Product, Research & Development, and UBI teams to manage pricing-related rate revision activities and filings for multiple states.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of pricing strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive team performance and development through effective leadership and mentoring.

As a regional pricing manager in our Personal Lines organization, you’ll lead a team of pricing analysts, supervisors, and associate managers. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Product, Research & Development, and UBI teams to manage pricing-related rate revision activities and filings for multiple states.

Remote work allowed.

Must-have Qualifications

  • A minimum of eight years analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting), with at least two years leadership experience (e.g., supervisory/management role).
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field of study (e.g., Economics, Statistics) and a minimum of five years property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting), with at least two years leadership experience (e.g., supervisory/management role).

  • Successful track record of leading groups and developing others

Compensation

  • $100,100 -$143,000 / year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
