Responsibilities:
To create and maintain scalable BI and data platform solutions.
To design user friendly, visually appealing dashboards, with a focus on UI/UX principles in develop or reports and dashboards, ensuring they meet accessibility and design standards.
To manage the technical and backend of BI tools, initially this will be PowerBi, optimize the data models and DAX calculations, integrate data from a range of data sources and ensure the system is performing and scalable.
To build and optimise data pipelines for efficient data integration, ensure data quality, consistency and scalability for large data sets.
To work in partnership with technical teams to determine and maintain the appropriate infrastructure for reporting.
What You'll Bring to Numerator
3+ years’ experience in BI development, data platforms, or analytics
Expertise in BI tools - PowerBI essential, Tableau, Looker desirable
Strong technical knowledge of data modelling, SQL, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
Familiarity with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics methods.
Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps for process automation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
