Purpose of the Job: Achieving the goals set by the employer by visiting potential customers in the designated geographical area and providing individual and group presentations of medicines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting daily activities ethically and in accordance with job-specific regulations (adhering to external rules and internal guidelines).
  • Presenting the company's products to the visited healthcare professionals (medicine presentation and/or medical device presentation).
  • Implementing the defined activities and programs of the marketing plan from a sales perspective.
  • Identifying and segmenting the customer base that can recommend or use the company's products for the treatment of patients according to the indications of the given medicine (segmentation & targeting).
  • Planning the framework of the sales process tailored to the individual area and achieving the set goals (the following list is not exhaustive and may vary occasionally, e.g., SPP, call/day, frequency, performance indicators related to events, NBE suggestions).
  • Analyzing area data, preparing other area-specific analyses, and developing action plans.
  • Planning work (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual plans) and documenting it at the requested frequency.
  • Managing the budget allocated to the individual, adhering to the defined limits, rules and regulations
  • Maintaining contact with other functional units (marketing, finance, compliance, market research, medical department, etc.).
  • Acquiring and maintaining high-level professional knowledge necessary for the job (medicine, therapeutic area, other professional knowledge).
  • Participating in projects on an ad-hoc basis.

Education, Experience, Skills

Required Education, Training, Professional Experience:

  • Higher education in healthcare (medical, pharmaceutical, or other healthcare-related).
