As a Change Manager within Transformation, you will:

  • Collect and analyse change management data (e.g., temperature checks) to assess project impact
  • Design and implement a change management framework using standardised tools (e.g., stakeholder maps, change impact analysis)
  • Understand the business context to recommend effective change strategies and interventions
  • Facilitate change initiatives by coaching teams and supporting change adoption
  • Manage organisational readiness to receive and embed change across the business

Who We're Looking For

You will bring:

  • Solid experience in business change management (3–5 years minimum)
  • Knowledge of change management principles, techniques, and tools
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities
  • Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
  • Project planning and organisational skills
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset

What’s in It for You?

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer an outstanding benefits package, including:
