As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in bringing our mission to life. You’ll find and close deals with fast-growing startups, shape our sales strategy, and ensure the right companies are matched with the right support. This is a high-impact role for a strong closer who thrives in consultative selling, sharp objection handling, and fast-paced growth.


What You’ll Do (Your Impact🚀)

  1. Own the Full Sales Funnel – From top to bottom. You’ll revive past leads, self-source new ones, and manage inbound leads—building a strong pipeline while owning each stage through to close.
  2. Lead Discovery to Close – Run intro and discovery calls, handle objections in real-time, tailor pitches, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
  3. Guide a Seamless Sales Journey – Keep stakeholders aligned, informed, and moving forward with urgency, all while managing multiple touch-points seamlessly.
  4. Collaborate Across Teams – Sync with our Sales, People, Customer Success, Marketing, and Co-CEO teams daily to align pipeline priorities, maximize impact, and get deals past the finish line.
  5. Use Data to Move Smarter & Faster – Keep HubSpot sharp, track key metrics, share insights, and identify blockers to improve time-to-close and outcomes.


Who We’re Looking For (Your Superpowers 💡)

Experience & Expertise

  • 1+ years of B2B closing experience (SaaS or services, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment)
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Fluent in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • C2 English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Based in LATAM
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing high-quality deals
