We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the paper impregnation industry and a proven track record in sales or a desire to grow their sales skills. This role involves nurturing key accounts, exploring and bringing new business opportunities to fruition, and providing technical support to our valued clients.
Technical Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking new business opportunities.
- Offer technical support and expertise to clients, helping them understand the benefits and applications of our products.
- Work closely with the R&D and production teams to meet customer needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities through market research.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate complex deals and close business.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales within the paper impregnation or related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of paper impregnation processes and products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
