The Job
As an Outbound Fiber Sales Advisor, you will:
Make outbound calls to new customers to promote Fiber products and the migration from traditional copper lines
Ask probing questions to understand the customer's needs and listen for sales cues
Handle objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit the customer
Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating prospect information
Meet and/or exceed monthly quotas.
You Are a Great Fit If You Have
A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably fiber sales
Extensive knowledge of fiber and cable/DSL services and the differences between them
A minimum of 6 months of experience with outbound sales
Experience in a call center environment
Experience with handling objections
A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong computer skills, with the ability to multitask using various software applications and programs.
Currently residing in and legally able to work in the United States
Technical Requirments
