Position Overview

In this critical leadership role, you will manage and oversee all aspects of our YouTube channel. Your responsibilities will include curating content, building a strong community, and engaging with our audience to ensure that we remain at the forefront of the tech interview preparation space. You will collaborate with a creative team to produce high-quality video content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for our YouTube channel, aiming to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Lead content planning and production, ensuring that videos align with our overall brand strategy and resonate with our audience
• Oversee analytics, track performance metrics, and translate data into actionable insights to optimize content and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and production teams to create compelling video content that effectively communicates our mission and value proposition.
• Manage community engagement initiatives, fostering relationships with viewers and responding to feedback to enhance viewer experience.
• Stay current with YouTube trends and algorithm changes to maximize visibility and growth.

What would excite us?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or a similar role, with a deep understanding of YouTube as a platform.
• Proven experience in managing YouTube channels and a strong portfolio of successful video campaigns.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and creative environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data to drive content strategy and improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Passionate about tech interviews, career development, and making a difference in the lives of candidates.
