Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Operations Manager to join our growing product team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing the product development lifecycle, ensuring that our product teams work efficiently and effectively. This role will involve cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams, as well as managing processes and tools to support the successful execution of product strategies.


YOUR TASKS

  • Process Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve processes for product managers including product planning, launch, and iteration to ensure optimal product delivery and messaging.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to facilitate alignment and remove roadblocks, ensuring smooth product development cycles.
  • Data & Reporting: Analyze product metrics and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes; maintain accurate tracking of product performance, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Tool & System Management: Oversee product management tools and systems: Proficiency in key tools (e.g., Salesforce, Freshdesk, Odoo, A/B testing) is essential. The candidate must manage feature request tools, product analytics, and survey tools to ensure workflow efficiency and data accuracy. They should be capable of tool configuration and collaborate on API integrations and automation.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain product documentation, best practices, and internal resources to promote consistency across the team and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, providing feedback and driving initiatives to enhance the efficiency of product operations and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for operational product updates, progress reports, and resource allocation, ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Facilitate User Interviews & Market Research: Serve as a vital support for Product Managers in conducting user interviews and market research, providing actionable insights that propel product development forward.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Master's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product operations, project management, research or a similar role within a technology-driven company.
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with product management and user feedback tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Aha!, Canny, UserVoice) and other operational software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment while maintaining a focus on results.
