About the Role:

As a Recruiter with languages, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talents from financial, sales, IT and engineering sector. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to attract qualified candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment process.
• Partner with the team and clients to prioritize hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Fluent in English and German, Spanish or Italian.
• Experience in international markets.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate job descriptions and data.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
