Work with quantitative analysts to solve real-world problems using data
Work on a variety of use cases in US real estate
Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
Develop testing framework and test model quality

You should have experience with:

Data mining/data analysis methods
Building and implementing models
Creating/running simulations and testing efficacy
Monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
Database & data engineering basics
Programming languages: , SQL, R, etc.
