About The Role
As a Staff Operations Lead you will be a partner to the CPO, supporting coordination across the Global mfg leadership team and the Global mfg organization to implement important projects, ensure and support organizational agreement. You will help establish and maintain our daily rhythm. The GMFG Staff Operations Lead takes on the role of a project manager that require cross-organization collaboration.
You will report to the Chief Procurement Officer and support the role remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of assigned GMFG staff plans, from development through execution, under the supervision of senior leadership
Provide high-level support to the GMFG staff, including coordination of operating pace, creating agendas, and communicating expectations to participants.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and special events, handling logistics and providing necessary materials and support
Coordinate, and complete monthly reporting packages including the Monthly Operations Report (MOR), and Monthly GMFG Staff Meetings
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and briefings to GMFG staff and partners.
Design and implement improvements to GMFG staff procedures and structure to increase efficiency
Conduct research and compile data to assist with decision-making and planning
,Assume responsibility for shaping, and implementing projects of varying sizes and complexities
Implement special projects as identified by the CPO
Participate in planning and execution of projects with the GMFG staff
Facilitate the successful execution of the Corrective Action Program (CAP) including GMFG staff review meetings, CAP metrics

Qualifications
BA/BS degree in business or manufacturing required
Minimum: 5 years’ experience
Preferred: 10+ years of experience
Supply Chain Certifications preferred.
Experience in planning and leading projects.
Can collaborate across departments.
Experience in data analysis and budget management.
Can develop creative solutions.
Prioritize important projects and requirements.
Write analytical and synthesis documents.
Work with partners (internal and external).
Communicate to leadership at multiple levels about GMFG initiatives.
