Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking to hire a passionate learner to fill the role of Senior Specialist, Affiliate Learning, U.S. Expertise Hubs. Apply for the Sr. Specialist, Learning and Development, Expertise Hubs position and join a team dedicated to providing strong learning and training opportunities for the Habitat affiliated network. This position collaborates with a variety of stakeholders to ensure high quality, consistent learning opportunities for the affiliated network through both the design support and measurement of the U.S. expertise hub learning efforts, and enables the group to create materials and experiences in line with adult learning and instructional design best practices. The role assists in continuously improving the learning provided to the network by enabling better collection, interpretation, and reporting of key metrics to drive strategic, data-informed prioritization, sequence, and decision-making as it relates to evaluating and improving support offerings and learning impact.
Additionally, this position supports the Habitat ReStore report process for 900+ Habitat ReStores nationwide. This annual report identifies trends, metrics and benchmarks intended to help Habitat ReStores evaluate and improve their operations.
This position may be based remotely within the U.S. and requires 20% travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product/service learning design support, measurement, and evaluation (75%)
*Support the design and execution/impact of expertise hub product and services, including assessing needs, validating concepts, consulting and co-designing learning experiences and products/services in line with adult learning best practices, and measuring and driving affiliate awareness, access, usage, and impact.
*Establish and monitor automated data collection mechanisms for key product/service metrics.
*Design, build, monitor, and maintain dynamic dashboards, scorecards, reports to provide actionable insights to decision makers.
*Provide additional timely, regular, relevant data analysis and/or reports on hub products/services.
ReStore data management and reporting (25%)
*Lead the ReStore report process (currently performed annually) for the 900+ ReStores nationwide as project architect and lead analyst, managing the data collection process, data scrubbing, and holistic project timeline among other things.
*Build/amend survey to stay relevant with evolving national system and needs.
*Create/coordinate national communications for the survey launch and reminders.
*Compile and analyze data, prepare report visuals and graphics to convey appropriate data, and draft text for final report.
REQUIREMENTS
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
*3+ years of experience in learning content design, delivery and/or consultation.
*Adult learning best practices and instructional design and facilitation experience.
*Excellent presentation, writing and verbal communication skills.
*High level of analytical skills – critical thinking, information analysis, research, problem solving and creativity.
*Must be an organized, strategic thinker who is attentive to detail, can collaborate effectively and handle multiple projects at one time Experience with content design, development, and delivery.
*Candidate should have knowledge and experience designing and evaluating surveys/reports and utilizing various tracking and reporting platforms such as Alchemer, Smartsheets, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel and Power BI dashboards.
*Can systematically apply statistical and logical techniques to drive business outcomes.
*Ability to work in an ever-evolving, sometimes ambiguous environment.

The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience. HFHI offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package that varies by country and typically includes vacation leave, sick leave, personal days, health insurance options, retirement plan contributions and life insurance. For work locations in the US, the hiring range for this position is $57,890-$68,100.
