We are looking for a talented Game Data Analyst to join our dynamic analytics team. You'll work closely with game teams, using data to drive player retention, improve monetization strategies, and optimize user experience. If you’re excited by data and games, this is the role for you.

All The Responsibilities We'll Trust You With

You’ll collaborate with game development teams to analyze player behavior, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive game performance and player engagement.
You’ll create dashboards and visualizations that support key business decisions by presenting clear and data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
You’ll design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of new game features and mechanics.
You’ll work on projects related to the blockchain, analyzing how players engage with decentralized features and in-game economies.
You’ll contribute to advanced analytics projects, including game economy analysis, to enhance monetization strategies and game progression.
You’ll build out new ways to map in-game events, such as stunts, crashes, and progression to optimize player experience.
You’ll continuously drive data literacy within the company, helping stakeholders leverage data effectively for decision-making.

What You'll Bring To The Team

At least 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within a gaming environment.
Proficient in SQL and Python (or R) for data exploration and analysis.
Strong experience with A/B testing and applied statistics (bonus if familiar with Bayesian statistics).
Experience building dashboards using tools like Metabase, Looker, or Tableau.
