We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health and Safety Multi-Site Business Partner to support multiple sites within a defined cluster. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and business continuity management (HSE & BCM) standards, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of safety across our operations.



WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL

As part of your normal duties, you will...

  • Oversee multiple sites within a cluster as defined by the Line Manager, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to ensure compliance with relevant statutory legislation related to health, safety, and business continuity management.
  • Champion business standardisation efforts and assist in the ongoing adherence to the Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) and other relevant HSE & BCM policies at all sites.
  • Offer guidance and direction to site management teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of HSE & BCM standards.
  • Conduct relevant HSE & BCM audits and develop action plans in line with corporate requirements to address any identified gaps.

  • Proven experience in a health and safety role, preferably within a multi-site environment
