1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment, Excellent French (min. C1) & good English (min. B1), Any Bachelor’s degree, Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools preferred..
Key responsabilities:
Follow up on inbound leads and make outbound cold calls and emails
Identify key players and generate interest in potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage trust and loyalty
Interact with the internal and external team via e-mail/phone/CRM Tools.
