What will I be doing? ‍‍👩‍💻👨‍💻


As a Sales Development Representative you'll be responsible for booking meetings for our Sales Executives who you will collaborate closely with to ensure success. In this role you'll be that all important first touchpoint in the sales cycle, effectively introducing venue owners to our platform and the benefits of a paid partnership.


Specific responsibilities will include:


  • Collaborating closely with the Sales Executive team in order to maximise opportunities, align on calendar management & share information to get deals across the line!
  • Sourcing prospects through our database, platform, linkedin or other channels
  • Cold & warm outreach via Phone, Email, Videocall, Loom, LinkedIn, Socials + more
  • Booking high quality meetings with qualified leads for the SE team to then close!
  • Carrying out effective discovery & tracking all information within our internal CRM, ensuring smooth collaboration with other teams.
  • Ensuring activity around outreach & meetings is at desired activity levels
  • Introducing new venues to the Bridebook platform, guiding them through the many features they could be taking advantage of & the value this can add.


We’re looking for someone who: 🧠💚


  • 1-3+ years of experience in similar roles such as Appointment Setter, SDR, BDR, ADR, Sales Reps or Account Management.
  • Has full working proficiency in German (verbal & written)
  • Has strong soft skills, such as; active listening, creative framing & emotional intelligence
  • Is driven and passionate! SDRs are expected to take ownership of their role and be driven enough to consistently hit targets and be top of activity reports.
  • Self awareness is a key trait, as in sales, objection handling is part and parcel of the role. How you utilise learnings from rejections/objections is paramount to success and building resilience.
  • Focuses on quality over quantity. Having lots of meetings booked is great but if none of them convert into sales then it isn’t classed as a success.
  • We're looking for someone who is adaptable and open to change, especially in a fast-paced, growing environment like Bridebook. Coachability and a willingness to accept feedback are key in ensuring that individuals can grow with the company, contribute effectively, and avoid becoming complacent.
  • Is technologically competent and confident. A key part of role will be creating Loom videos for outreach so we would like them to be confident in doing so, potentially with previous experience and success.
  • Loves data!
