Responsibilities

• Gestión, administración y configuración de la solución.
• Relación con el cliente (contacto con el cliente).
• Impartir capacitaciones y talleres a clientes.
• Ofrecer soluciones a problemas rutinarios de los clientes.
• Orientación y soporte al usuario.

Education / Qualifications

Educación

• Título en ingeniería, análisis de sistemas o similar.
  
  

Experiencia

• Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia trabajando en un sector relevante o con tecnología similar en un puesto de soporte técnico/consultoría.
  
  

Conocimientos técnicos

• Experiencia en proyectos de capital o implementación de soluciones.
• Experiencia en gestión de materiales.
• Se valorará la experiencia con materiales inteligentes.
• Se valorará el conocimiento de sentencias SQL y lenguajes de programación como PL/SQL.
• Se valorará el conocimiento de Oracle Apex.
• Se valorará la experiencia con integraciones mediante API.
