Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding mobile banking services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account setup, transaction issues, and app functionalities.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide clear solutions to enhance user experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement customer feedback into service improvements.
  • Educate clients about the features of mobile banking apps and new product offerings.
  • Gather customer insights and feedback to contribute to continuous service enhancement efforts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in mobile banking or financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
