  • Document all customer interactions and provide feedback to improve service quality and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the technology sector, is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
