Responsibilities
  • Offer outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking users of the ride-sharing app via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to app functionality, ride bookings, payment issues, and service guidelines.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of user satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and track progress on unresolved issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Educate customers on app features, safety measures, and promotional campaigns.
  • Gather feedback from users to contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support, ideally in the technology or ride-sharing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and standard office software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
