We are looking for a Growth Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and relationships. This is a role for a proven sales professional with a deep understanding of marketing, media, and creative services—someone who gets how brand storytelling, digital advertising, and media buying come together to drive business growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive Growth: Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and transitioning new clients to our internal teams.
  • Expand Our Reach: Identify and engage with ideal customer profiles (ICPs) across our primary verticals, uncovering opportunities where Raindrop’s expertise can deliver impact.
  • Tell Our Story: Confidently communicate the power of creative-driven marketing and Raindrop’s approach to building brands people love through strategic storytelling and performance-driven media.
  • Be a Trusted Partner: Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, guiding them through our offerings and demonstrating the value we bring to their brand.
  • Leverage Best-in-Class Tools: Utilize our industry-leading CRM, case studies, and sales enablement resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in your outreach.

Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with our VP of Strategy & Growth and other internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need:
  • Marketing & Media Expertise: You must have 2-5 experience in creative marketing, paid media, digital advertising, brand strategy, or related fields—enough to speak confidently to key decision-makers.
  • Sales Hustle & Hunter Mentality: You are proactive, driven, and resourceful, thriving in outbound prospecting and building a high-quality pipeline.
  • Strong Relationship-Building Skills: You know how to connect with people, understand their challenges, and guide them toward solutions that fit their needs.
  • Strategic Thinking & Curiosity: You are a student of the marketing game, always learning and staying ahead of trends to bring fresh insights to potential clients.
  • Self-Motivation & Drive: You take ownership of your success, setting ambitious goals and pushing to exceed them.

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

  • $75,000 - $85,000 Base  DOE ($150K OTE Uncapped)
