Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Talent & Culture to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent management and culture strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Design and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and programs that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify talent development needs and create tailored training programs.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent and culture initiatives.
  • Lead employee relations efforts, fostering open communication and resolving issues effectively.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on human resources and culture-related matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management and organizational culture.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful employee engagement and culture strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proven track record of leading diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.
