Work with operations managers, team leads, staff to document existing work flow.
Document tasks and responsibilities of team members.
Work with the QA analytics team to maintain a list of reports that track team success metrics, KPIs, frequency of generation and dissemination.
Work with Process QA managers to document optimized work flow.
Document and update standard operating procedures (SOP).
Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for easy comprehension of process work flows.
Minimum Qualifications:
Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract subject for renewal
With a degree and/or certifications in Technical Writing, Journalism, Professional Writing, English Teaching, Communication Arts or Mass Communications
Should have a 1 to 2 years experience as Technical Writer
With strong analytical skills to understand and write functional documentation for new enhancements.
Excellent grammatical skills
