Role Overview:
As the new Business Housing Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for helping to drive the growth of our BRIKHousing solution. Working with the current Sales and Marketing team, you will assist with developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales targets. This role involves hands-on involvement in high-profile sales engagements, with a focus on leveraging digital channels and outbound campaigns to achieve marketing and business objectives.

As a Housing Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies that align with business goals and drive growth in the BRIKHousing solution market.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets, monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
Proposal Management: Lead the development of high-quality proposals, including RFP/RFI responses, estimates, and sales collateral.
Digital Tactics: Work with the marketing team to manage and implement digital tactics for the BRIKHousing solution, including website management, social media, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and all other digital-based marketing and inbound channels.
Reporting: Provide reliable and regular reporting on all sales and marketing activities to management.
Innovation: Champion sales innovation, finding new ways to engage with customers and prospects, focusing on increasing ROI from product marketing spend and pipeline generated by web channels.
Industry Awareness: Maintain awareness of relevant industry, market, and competitor trends to ensure outbound activity is best-practice and innovative.
