We are on the lookout 🕵🏻 for the next sales expert to join our HKR team as a Business Development Representative, working for a US-based luxury interior design brand in re-engaging clients and sparking fresh sales conversations. 🇺🇸

What you'll be doing?
  • 🔸 Reach out to new prospects and bring dormant client accounts back to life through thoughtful cold calls and targeted emails.
  • 🔸 Qualify leads like a pro—figuring out who’s active, who’s gone quiet, and who’s ready to make a comeback.
  • 🔸 Partner up with the Lead Gen Associate to research accounts and keep contact info fresh and accurate.
  • 🔸 Handoff hot leads to the brand’s internal sales team so they can seal the deal.
  • 🔸 Work side-by-side with the client’s sales team to build a killer re-engagement strategy from scratch.
  • 🔸 Keep detailed records of your outreach in the CRM and share insights on what’s working (and what’s not).
  • 🔸 After the pilot phase, step up to lead the BDR squad—train newcomers, level up the playbook, and own the process.

  • About you
  • 📞 You’ve got 3+ years of BDR or sales experience and you’re not shy about picking up the phone.
  • 📞 You know how to be persuasive and respectful—especially when reigniting relationships with past clients.
  • 📞 CRM tools, Excel sheets, LinkedIn… you know your way around all of them.
  • 📞 You’re detail-obsessed and organized—every note, call, and follow-up is accounted for.
  • 📞 You’ve led small teams or built processes before, and you’ve got the results to prove it.
  • 📞 You’re hungry for growth and constantly refining your game based on KPIs and feedback.
  • 📞 Bonus points if you’ve worked in luxury or interior design before (but no worries if not—you’ll learn fast with us).
