Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM PST
  • Client Timezone: Pacific Time Zone
Job Description:
As an Accounting Clerk, you will be supporting all accounting functions. This role is crucial to meeting our closing timelines and providing up-to-date information. The selected employee will also maintain payables and receivables.
Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile vendor statements and input invoices through workflows.
  • Reach out to clients for payments via phone and email.
  • Request and code receipts into QBO.
  • Collaborate with project managers on ad-hoc requests
  • Ensure seamless data integration between Procore and QuickBooks Online
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Power BI development

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project accounting, preferably in construction
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, Procore experience a plus
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles in project-based environments
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-starter with excellent remote collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a global team
  • Willingness to align work hours with US Pacific Time Zone
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development in accounting
